We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order—no minimums and no hidden conditions.

Order Processing

• U.S. Orders: Processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days.
• International Orders: Processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days, subject to destination and customs.

Insurance & Signature

All shipments are insured until delivered. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Return Window

• 30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging, certificates, and accessories.

Complimentary Return Shipping

• U.S. customers: Complimentary prepaid return labels for full-price items.
• International customers: You may return via your preferred insured carrier (postage paid by sender). We’ll ship approved exchanges back to you at no cost.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@lyriah.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Receive return authorization (RMA) and instructions. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid label.
3. Pack securely in original packaging and ship within 7 days of approval.

Refunds & Processing

• Upon inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping upgrades and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to assist with exchanges. Replacement items ship once the original is received and inspected.

Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized/engraved items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
• Made-to-order pieces follow the same quality guarantees; please contact us for tailored solutions if you need adjustments.

Damages & Craftsmanship

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lyriah.com with photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
• All pieces are covered by our 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects.
