We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on every order—no minimums and no hidden conditions.
Order Processing

U.S. Orders: Processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days.

International Orders: Processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days, subject to destination and customs.
Each parcel arrives in our signature Lyriah packaging, ready to gift or wear.

Insurance & Signature
All shipments are insured until delivered. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.

Return Window

30-Day Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Complimentary Return Shipping

U.S. customers: Complimentary prepaid return labels for full-price items.

International customers: You may return via your preferred insured carrier (postage paid by sender). We’ll ship approved exchanges back to you at no cost.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@lyriah.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive return authorization (RMA) and instructions. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid label.
- Pack securely in original packaging and ship within 7 days of approval.
Refunds & Processing
- Upon inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping upgrades and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to assist with exchanges. Replacement items ship once the original is received and inspected.
Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/engraved items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
- Made-to-order pieces follow the same quality guarantees; please contact us for tailored solutions if you need adjustments.
Damages & Craftsmanship
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lyriah.com with photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
- All pieces are covered by our 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects.
