International customers: You may return via your preferred insured carrier (postage paid by sender). We’ll ship approved exchanges back to you at no cost.
How to Start a Return
Email support@lyriah.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Receive return authorization (RMA) and instructions. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid label.
Pack securely in original packaging and ship within 7 days of approval.
Refunds & Processing
Upon inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping upgrades and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to assist with exchanges. Replacement items ship once the original is received and inspected.
