Shipping Process
- Orders placed before 2 PM on business days will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Our distribution centers are located in the USA and Australia, and we are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Please Note:
- Orders placed during promotional periods may experience delays due to high order volumes.
- Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance or delays due to duties/taxes.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders are trackable via the carrier.
- You will receive an email with a tracking link once your package leaves our distribution center.
- To track your order, click the tracking link in the shipping email.
Delivery
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- If you are not available to accept delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox indicating the pickup location (you will need to present a photo ID and tracking information to collect the package).
- Please note that if a signature release is requested after shipping, we will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.
Commercial Address Delivery
- If you specify a business as the delivery address, any personnel at that address may sign for the package. Reception or mailrooms usually sign for packages on behalf of the person at that address.
- If the order has been delivered to a company address and signed for by you, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
- For high-value orders, we recommend specifying a residential address to ensure only residents of that address can sign.
Customs and Import Duties
- Items shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. As the recipient, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
- If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any applicable taxes and duties, and the costs of returning the package.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Lyriah. If you change your mind about an item purchased online (excludes sale items), you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Acceptable Return Conditions
- Items must be at full price;
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed);
- Items must be in original packaging;
- Tags must still be attached to the items;
- Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and headwear are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Download and complete the return form and include it in the return package.
- Return the items using any traceable service at your own expense.
- Ensure the items are safely delivered to our distribution center; we recommend using a traceable service.
If your item is deemed defective, we will refund your shipping cost, but cannot refund any amount exceeding your original shipping cost.
Refund Processing
- Our distribution center will process returns within 48 hours of receiving your package (may vary during busy periods).
- Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used:
- PayPal refunds will appear in your balance immediately.
- Credit card refunds will show within 2-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Stripe refunds will be processed based on your payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is deemed defective.
Exchange Requests
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we will assist you.
- If we cannot find another size for you, we will notify you via email regarding a refund.
- The shipping cost for exchanges is your responsibility.
For orders outside of Australia, we do not offer exchanges; items can only be returned for a refund.
Sale Items
Please note that any sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
